Fiona  Gilfillan

Fiona joined SCC Talent in 2010 after a career working in some of Melbourne’s largest creative advertising agencies working across CRM strategy and campaigns for some of Australia’s most awarded creative agency teams including Clemenger BBDO and M&C Saatchi. She’s always enjoyed the mix of creative and analytical challenge when working on campaigns backed by customer insights and, as a recruiter, has helped our clients find the right skill sets and talent to adapt to the evolving marketing industry.

Fiona worked with SCC Talent as both a client and candidate throughout her advertising career and then decided to use her passion for the industry to assist the careers of inspiring and creative talent.

Fiona holds a combined Bachelor Arts/Commerce (Monash) and Masters of Marketing (RMIT) and has built an extensive network of marketing and advertising talent in Melbourne, working across a diverse portfolio of roles across creative agency account service, senior marketing and specialist digital, CX, CRM and data roles.
